PAYMENTS
After submitting the contact form, you will receive an email from us about availability of the product and time needed for shipping. If the model is not in stock , to preorder it, a deposit of 15€ per figure will be required. When the figure is ready, you will be invoiced for the remaining payment. All payments to be made via paypal or bank transfer.
VAT
In the case of figures made in Spain (Joan and Miguel), Spanish law says that VAT may not be applied to companies out of Spain neither costumers out of European Union (Ley del IVA 37/1992), so prices in those cases won't be applied. For that, prices are shown without VAT, because it is applied only in some cases. Any doubt about that item can be resolved by asking the sculptor via the contact form.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Each sculptor / sculptress will send their models from their own studio, so combined shipping will be available only for the items from the same sculptor / sculptress.
The shipping time will depend on product availability.
The product will be sent in a specially designed box with a certificate of authenticity.
